Hong Kong International School will have a High School Counselor opening for the 2026-2027 school year. It's a robust team of 8 collaborative counselors with a 110:1 student-to-counselor ratio and much autonomy over the counseling program.

HKIS employs a comprehensive counseling model, so candidates should have a background in university, academic, and social/emotional counseling. Although not required, male candidates are preferred for this position in order to maintain the gender balance within each counselor partnership.
