The English School of Kyrenia (ESK) is seeking an experienced College Counsellor to join its Sixth Form team in a dynamic, multicultural international school environment.

The successful candidate will guide students through A Level and IB Diploma Programme pathways, supporting applications to universities in the UK, Europe, the US, and beyond. This role involves working closely with students and families, contributing to a well-established counselling programme, and providing ethical, student-centred guidance throughout the post-secondary planning process.

The Ideal Candidate

Has experience in school-based college counselling or university admissions

Enjoys working collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently

Is organised, proactive, and confident with application systems and timelines

Values integrity, professionalism, and student wellbeing
