We are seeking a passionate and experienced Career Counsellor to support students in their college and career planning process. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of university admissions, particularly for international institutions, and be able to guide students through applications, essays, and interviews. This position offers flexible, remote work options, and applicants may be based outside of Colombia.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field 

• Master's degree in Education or related field (preferred) 

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Counselling, Psychology, International Relations, Education, or related fields 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling or international admissions 

• Experience with the IB preferred 

• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) 

• Strong knowledge of platforms such as MAIA Learning, Unifrog 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills 

• Experience working with adolescents in multicultural environments
